A survey on this topic was conducted by psychologists from Chartered Psychologists with the support of the Oykos brand. Representatives of the fairer cat specify that we are not talking about men with a shapeless body or people with obesity, but the fight against every gram of excess weight and narcissism are not the best qualities of men. Only 10 percent dream of "jocks" and model-type men. Everyone else believes that excessive body care is an extremely negative trait.
